How To Kaveri 2.0 Online New Registration 2023
- Firstly, go to the official website @kaveri.karnataka.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the Register button.
- Now Create Account page will open.
- On this page, you have to provide the following information:
- First Name*
- Middle Name
- Last Name*
- Gender*
- Email*
- Mobile Number*
- Security Type*
- Answer*
- Finally, you have to verify the Captcha code and click on Register.
- You will receive a username and password on your registered mobile number.
- Using this you can log in.

Once you register successfully, you will receive a user credential username and password.

How To Kaveri Online Land Valuation
You can check Land Valuation after registering to the portal.
According to the type of property and the location of the property, the Department of Stamps and Registration has established tariffs for agricultural and non-agricultural properties.
Your market valuation of the property changes depending on the sort of agricultural land you choose and the location you choose.
Steps To Land Valuation:
- Firstly, register and log in to the Kaveri portal.
- Once login, choose the Valuation option from Dashboard.

- Choose your type.
- Select the required Annexure Rule and click on Valuate
Download Kaveri Online Encumbrance Certificate EC
If you want to download the EC or Encumbrance Certificate to know that the property has a record showing registered transactions.
Also, EC is a legal document that proves a property is free from any financial liabilities or debts. It’s issued by the SRO.
- Go website, log in, and then from Apply For Service click on “Encumbrance Certificate”
- You can search EC by:
- Property Number for EC
- Party Name for EC
- Tick and Agree to the details and then click Proceed.
- Make payment.
- And finally, download your EC.
Download Kaveri Online e-signed Certified Copy CC
- Go website, log in, and then from Apply For Service click on “Certified Copy”
- After this, you have to fill out different forms and make payments.
- Enter your Property details.

- Complete E-Sign process
- Submit form and CC Application Sent to SRO
