#1: Pre-Matric

Under the UP Pre-Matric Scholarship, the government will provide scholarships for class 9 and 10 students.

It will encourage the class 8 students to enroll for classes 9 and 10 instead of dropout.

#2: Post-Matric Inter

UP Post-matric scholarships are for classes 11 and 12.

Last year the UP Scholarship was launched on 03 December 2021 and the last date for application was 01 January 2022.

Fresh Registration Scholarship For UP 2024

Step1: Visit @scholarship.up.gov.in

• Firstly, go to the official website of the scholarship @scholarship.up.gov.in.
• On the homepage, you can see the student option on NavBar.
• From it click on Registration.

Step2: Select your scholarship type

• Now, as per your eligibility criteria select your scholarship scheme type.
• You can see the category and scheme list.
• Here I am filling out the form for Pre matric Scheme.

Step3: Fill out the registration form

• According to your selected scheme, a form will appear.
• In this form you must have to fill out the following information:
  • District
  • Institution Name (Where you are studying)
  • Caste and Religion
  • Complete Name (Student/Parents)
  • Qualification Year
• In the same form, you have to create a Password.
• Finally, click on submit.
• Create a Password and then enter the captcha code.

Step4: Submit the Form and Note the Registration Number

• After submitting the form, you will jump to the final submission.
• Here you have to take print of Registration Form.

Only registration for the scholarship is not a complete step. You have to fill out the scholarship form.

Step1: Login with the Registration Number

• Firstly go to the homepage, of the website
• From the Student, option selects Login> Scheme Category.
• Enter your details such as:
  • Registration Number
  • Date Of Birth
  • Password

• Now enter the captcha code and click on Submit.
• You will be successfully logged in to your Dashboard.

Step2: Fill out the form and upload the document

It is the last step that fresh students have to complete. After completing registration, you have to visit your college/school.

The school will provide you with a hard copy of the scholarship certificate. This certificate confirms that you are getting benefits.
