The government of Telanagana has an official entity called Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (TMSDC) is the reason for the mining of Sand, Lime Stone, and Black Granite.

The TSMDC mines sand from different sources of sand such as Rivers and Streams, De-silting of Reservoirs, and De-casting of Patta Lands so that he can sell it to customers to earn money for the state government.

For selling and the government has developed a platform for consumers so that they can book the quantity of sand online for their construction.

On this TS Sand Booking Online Portal, consumers can buy a quantity of sand online after registration as consumers and trolley/tractor owners.

How To Register On SSMMS Portal 2023 (Customer)

Note: You can register on SSMMS Portal between noon (Afternoon) and 6:00 pm (Evening).

Here is the step-by-step procedure on how you can register on the TS Sand Booking Portal.

• Firstly go to the official website of TS Sand Booking.
• On the homepage, you can see the Registrations option.
• Click on Customer Registration.

• Now you will jump to the Customer Registration page.
• On this you have to provide the following information:
  • Customer Information
    • Mobile Number
    • Customer Name (same as Aadhaar)
    • District
    • Mandal
    • Village
    • Street
    • House Number
    • Pincode
    • and Email ID
  • Upload Documents
    • Aadhaar Card
    • PAN Card
• After providing the complete information and uploading documents you can create your User ID and Password.
• Finally, click on Register and then you will be successfully registered under the portal.
• Now you can log in.

How To Register Vehicle On SSMMS Portal 2023

If you have Trolley/Tractor then you can also register on TS Sand Booking Portal for earning. You can earn the delivery amount of sand through customers and stockyard owners.

Here are steps on how you can register your vehicle on this portal:

• Firstly go to the official website and click on Register>Register Vehicle.
• After this, you will jump to the Vehicle Registration page.
• On this page, you have to provide the following information and upload the necessary documents:
  • Vehicle Type (Tractor/Lorry)
  • Mobile Number
  • Vehicle Number
  • Quantity (Gross Weight)
  • Engine Number
  • Chassis Number
  • Address same as in RC
  • Upload your RC Certificate

• Finally, enter the captcha code and then click on Register.
• You will get an OTP, verify OTP, and then you will jump to the User ID and Password Creation Page.
• Here you can make your password.

How To Book Sand Online @sand.telangana.gov.in

Step1: Login to sand.telangana.gov.in

• Firstly, go to the official website and then click on the Online Sand Booking option on the homepage.
• You can see it in the below image.
• After clicking on it you will jump to the Login Page

• On the login page, you have to enter the following information as you can see in the above image.
  • User Name
  • Password
  • Captcha Code
• Make sure you are beating the timer while registering.
• When you will successfully log in you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

Step2: Book Sand and Pay Amount

• On this New Booking Page, you have to book your sand by following the below steps:
• Firstly, select your District.
• And then select StockYard.
• Check your consumer information.
• Complete order information:
  • Transportation Type
  • Purpose of Sand
  • Sand quantity
• Complete construction/Delivery Address
• Now enter the captcha code.

Final Step: Pay the amount

• On the last, you have to select the payment option:
  • Net Banking EBS (E-Billing Solutions)
  • Net Banking PAYU
• You can go with any one method and pay the amount.
• After successfully booking, you will get an Order ID so that you can track it.

How To Track Sand Booking Order @sand.telangana.gov.in

If you have successfully booked sand from the portal then you can track it online using your Mobile Number/ Vehicle Number and Order ID.

Here are steps on how you can check it:

• Firstly go to the official website of TS Sand Online Booking.
• On the home page, click on Tracking and choose one of the four options:
  • Order ID
  • Mobile Number/Vehicle Number

• When you will click on it you will jump to Tracking Page.
• Here you have to enter your Order ID/Vehicle Number or Mobile Number
