Because PMJAY CSC Cloud asked VLEs for different user authentication processes such as OTP, Finger Verification, and also ERIS.
So the CSC could not provide service to customers.
To solve this problem, the government launched another platform BIS Portal. The BIS portal provides Beneficiary Information System for PMJAY.
And this BIS PMJAY website is setu.pmjay.gov.in. Now CSC can connect with BIS PMJAY Portal instead PMJAY CSC Cloud.

Family size:
- PMJAY covers families with up to 5 members.

Priority beneficiaries:
- Priority is given to families living in rural areas, families with a female head of household, and families with senior citizens or persons with disabilities.

Here are steps on how you can make PMJAY CSC Registration and Download Ayushman Card online and also book PVC Ayushman Card.
Step1: visit setu.pmjay.gov.in and click on Register
- Firstly, you have to visit the official website for BIS PMJAY setu.pmjay.gov.in website.
- Now you will jump to the homepage after loading.
- You will see three options here, and this option that you have to proceed in the next steps.
- You have to register with your Aadhaar and Mobile number.
Step2: Login with your Mobile number OR Connect to CSC
- When you will click on the Register page you will jump to the login page.
- You can directly log in to it. So click on the Login button on this page.
- When you will click on it you will jump to this page.
- Here you have to either enter your mobile number or connect with CSC Connect.
- Enter the mobile and then verify with OTP.
Step3: Select Apply/Download Ayushman Card option
- When you will verify the OTP you will jump to BIS Dashboard.
- On this page, you have to select Apply/Download Ayushman Card option.
- Now you will get a PMJAY-SECC Beneficiary List on the right side.
- You have to select one of two options here:
- Urban Or Rural
- And then according to it, you have to also select:
- State
- District
- Block
- Village
- After this, you will get the list of beneficiaries with Ref ID, Name, Father name, DOB, gender, Mother’s name, relation, and Card status.
Step4: Check Card Status and click on view
- On the same page, you have to click on Card Status.
- Now you will get only the status of the Completed Card with a green highlight.
- Check the name of the beneficiary and click on View
Final step: Download Ayushman Card
- Finally, you have to click on View.
- A Download tab will open.
- Enter your mobile number and verify OTP.
- When you will click on it, your Ayushman Card PDF will be downloaded.
- You can take a print of it and make its PVC card at home.
