About MahaDBT Scholarship 2023

MahaDBT Scholarship is a scholarship for Maharashtra SC/OBC and SBC students who have passed class 10 (post-matric).

The Maharashtra government introduced the Aaple Sarkar DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) or MahaDBT scholarship portal for dispensing social welfare benefits to students.

The portal supports education in the state through schemes like e-Scholarships. It aims to ensure efficient scholarship distribution across Maharashtra, hosting approximately 45 scholarships for local students.

Here this DBT stands for Direct Beneficiary Transfer means that the government will provide the scholarship benefit amount directly to the bank account of students.

A total of 11 departments provides 100+ scholarship to students.

MahaDBT Scholarship Eligibility List

Eligibility for different department and scholarships vary, but these three eligibility is must in for all type of scholarships:

  • Attain a minimum of 60% marks in both Classes 10 and 12.
