Gruha Jyothi Wil Benefit From 1st August
Karnataka’s Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah, made a significant announcement on Thursday regarding two government programs known as “Gruha Jyoti” and “Gruha Lakshmi.”
The “Gruha Jyoti” scheme, which grants free electricity, will commence on August 1 for benefits.
On the other hand, the “Gruha Lakshmi” program, which provides monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,000 to women who are heads of their households will start from 17th August.
On August 1, the government plans to launch the “Gruha Jyoti” program in Kalaburgi, while targeting the introduction of the “Gruha Lakshmi” program in Belagavi on August 17 or 18.
