• First, Visit the official website of the Digital Indian Portal. Go through this link, https://digitalindiaportal.co.in/index.php. 
• Now, a homepage of the Portal will appear on the screen. Click on the Franchise registration button to proceed further. As shown in the image:-

• After that, a new page of Contact Franchise Forms will appear on your screen. The form contains the required details fields. As shown in the below image:- 

• You must fill out all the details, which are asked in the form.  A list of details,

• You will receive an Email on the registered e-mail ID containing with User ID and Password within 24 To 48 hours. 
• After that, you can log in on Digital India Portal through your user ID and Password.
