NTA PM Yasasvi Scholarship Yojana 2023
PM Yasasvi stands for Pradhan Mantri Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India Award Scheme. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (SJE) examines the selection of eligible candidates for this scheme.
PM Yashasvi Yojana acts as a comprehensive initiative for OBC, EBC and DNT to provide top-class school education at the central level. National Testing Agency (NTA) takes the responsibility of conducting the Yashasvi Entrance Exam-2023 all over India.
The Central Government provides scholarships under this scheme, which are available for study in India only. To be eligible, candidates must belong to a specific state or union territory as their domicile.

Schools eligible for the scholarship program can be public (central/state/local body) or aided schools, as well as private schools.
The scholarship award is divided into two tiers: one for Class IX candidates and the other for Class XI candidates.
The SJE website has detailed information about the scheme. MoSJE implements the scheme in collaboration with the State Government and the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).

YASASVI Entrance Test YET 2023
Yashasvi Entrance Test (YET) – 2023 is a test that selects eligible candidates for scholarship under the Yashasvi scheme.
- YET-2023 offers scholarships to OBC, EBC and DNT candidates studying in class 9 and class 11 in identified top schools.
- Merely appearing or qualifying for YET-2023 does not automatically entitle the candidates to the scholarship.
- The selection and award of a scholarship are subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, ranking in the merit list, verification of original documents and other criteria prescribed by the concerned government under the scheme.
- Applications of candidates providing incorrect information will be rejected and they may be debarred from future NTA examinations.
- NTA reserves the right to withdraw the permission granted inadvertently to ineligible candidates even if the admit card has been issued.
- In case of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the instructions/conditions/rules/norms, the final and binding interpretation rests with the NTA/MoSJ&E (as applicable).
Examination Type
YET 2023 is an OMR-based entrance test. Students have to answer Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The good thing about YET is that there is no negative marking in the exam.
The exam will be bilingual (Hindi & English).
Subject and Marking
The exam consists of multiple-choice questions with four options, where only one correct answer is allowed, and there is no negative marking. The duration of the exam is two and a half hours (150 minutes).

Eligibility YASASVI ENTRANCE TEST (YET) 2023
PM Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme (YET Exam) eligibility includes the following criteria:
- Candidates must be Indian Citizens.
- Candidates must be enrolled in recognized top-class schools and must come under the OBC, EBC or DNT category.
- The list of these institutes is available on the website https://yet.nta.ac.in.
- They should have completed Class 8 or Class 10, as applicable, in 2022-2023.
- The total annual income of the parent or guardian should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
- For the class 9 exam, candidates must be born between April 1, 2007, and March 31, 2011, both dates inclusive.
- For the class 11 exam, candidates must be born between 1 April 2005 and 31 March 2009, both dates inclusive.
- Students of all genders can take this exam.
- Girls have to fulfill the same eligibility conditions as boys.

Download PM Yasasvi Scholarship Yojana Admit Card PDF 2023
As per the schedule announced on the website, the admit card will be posted on the NTA website https://yet.nta.ac.in.
Candidates must carefully review the information given on the admit card which includes Roll Number, Name, Medium, Date of Birth, Gender, Name of the Exam Center, City, Category, etc. No physical admit card will be sent by post.
