Two Types of Youth Parliament Competition
School students and college students both can participate in this parliamentary drill in their schools and colleges.

NYPS Registration Online 2023 For School and College
All interested educational institutions can register themselves on the official website of the National Youth Parliament Scheme for conducting youth parliament contests on their campus.
Participated candidates can also register themselves under their registered institution. We are providing you step by step procedure for registration under the NYPS portal:
- Firstly you have to visit the official website of the National youth parliament scheme.
- After that, you will reach the dashboard where you have to click on the login button which will be suited in the right top corner of the website.
- Where you will get two options: login through your user id and password or register yourself.
- Now you have to select your category either Kishore Sabha or Tarun Sabha
- After that enter the personal details of the institutional head such as
- Name of the head of school or institution
- Designation of the head
- Name of the institution
- Nature of the institution
- Email ID of Institution
- Affiliation Information of the school
- Mobile number and address
- After this, you will get an OTP message on your mobile number.
- Fill in the OTP on the screen and click on submit button after checking all the terms and conditions.
After submitting the registration form you will get your application number or user id and password in your registered mobile number and email also which can be used to log in to this portal.
How To Login On NYPS Portal
After successful registration, you can complete the application procedure of your institution and get Permission to conduct a youth parliament contest in your institution.
- Follow the above-mentioned procedure to reach the login section of the website of the National youth parliament scheme.
- After that enter your user id and password on the screen and click on the login button.
- Now you can complete your registration details in this section.
- After entering all the details you have to upload the photograph of the head of your institution and his signature also on the official website.

Your institution has been registered under the National Youth Parliament Scheme and you can conduct the program in your institution.
Complete Enrollment of Students in NYPS
After successful registration of your institution, you have to select around 50 to 55 students from your institution to participate in this program and provide them with the user id and password of your institution to login into this NYPS portal, so they can also enroll themself by login in.

- after entering your institution’s user id and password you can access this website.
- You have to click on the student details section
- After that, you can enter your personal details and other information on the website such as your name, Father’s name, date of birth, and other details.
- Now upload your passport-size photograph on the website we should not increase the size to 50kb.

Once you submit your application you have to report your school or your teachers and inform them about your registration procedure. After their approval, your registration will be successfully submitted.

Upload the Report of Youth Parliament
You have to upload your report on successfully conducting of National Youth Parliament Program in your institution through video and photograph. Follow these steps to upload your recorded video and photographs of the program:
- First, visit the official website of NYPS and access the dashboard through login via your user id and password.
- After that, you have to click on the report on the conduct of YP.
- After that, you have to fill in some details such as the date of the program, number of participants, name of the teacher in charge, etc.
- Not you can upload your photograph one by one on the portal. You can upload a total of 10 photographs and 1 mp4 video of your youth parliament.
- After that click on the save and submit button on the site to upload it successfully on the website.
Now it will visible to all publicly on the website of the national youth parliament scheme.
Certification Under NYPS
All the participating students as well as faculty of institutions will get certificates to participate and successfully conduct this program in their institution.
Certificate of Participation: will be awarded to all the students who have participated in this parliament program.
Certificate of Appreciation: will be awarded to all heads of schools and teachers who have participated in this program.
The Head of school can download all the certificates of students and teachers from the official website of NYPS by following this procedure and can distribute them in the school:
- First, visit the official NYPS and log in through your login id and password.
- After that, you have to click on the certificate link and you will be redirected to a new page where you can download all the certificates in your system.
- After that take a printout of these certificates and distribute them to participants.
