Kalia Yojana Installment & Money Transfer 2023

Kalia Yojana provides Rs 4000 every year in two equal Installments and Money Transfers of Rs 2000-2000 each Rabi and Kharif Season.

Also, PM Kisan, a central government scheme provides Rs 6000 every year in 3 equal installments.

So, collectively both Odisha’s SMF farmers get Rs 10,000 every year as financial support.

Odisha Kalia Scheme Previous Installments and Money Transfer List 2019 to 2023

Kalia Yojana 1st List

The beneficiary of the Yojana received the 1st and 2nd installments from the government in January 2019 Rs 5000.

The first list of the Kalia Yojana was made public in January 2019 on the website kalia.odisha.gov.in.

Both the first and second installments were paid out to almost 12,45,490 farmers.

Kalia Yojana 2nd List

In November 2020, the scheme provided the 3rd and 4th installments to the beneficiary bank account through DBT.

In Kalia Yojana 2nd List about 47,79,381 beneficiaries disbursed an amt. of Rs 5000.

Support for Cultivators and Support for Landless Laborer Households, the first two KALIA components, have helped 51,05,290 farm families. [Before 4th Instalment]

Kalia Yojana 3rd List

In April 2021, the scheme provided the 5th and 6th installments to the beneficiary bank account through DIT.

But in this third list of the Kalia Scheme, the amount was reduced by Rs 1000. Because the central government also launched the same type of scheme (PM-KISAN) for all states of India.

And under the PM Kisan scheme, the SMF got Rs 6000 (in a year). Collectively Rs 4000 and Rs 6000 now cultivators got a total of Rs 10,000 in a year.

Kalia Yojana 4th List

In the 4th List, the government provided the 7th Installment in the Kharif Season from July 2022 to December 2022.

Now the government has recently provided the 8th Installment of Kalia Yojana and has started transferring Rs 2000 from 1st April 2023 to the beneficiary bank account through DBT.

Kalia Yojana Next Installment Date 2023

The government of Odisha released the 8th Installment of Kalia Yojana on 1st April 2023. And therefore the government is transferring money Rs 2000 to farmers’ bank accounts through DBT. But now this installment may go into another phase, and probably the date may become in the month of July or the first week of August.

Now many farmers want to know the Kalia Yojana Next Installment Date which is the 9th Installment under the scheme.

According to Kalia Yojana guidelines, the government provides each installment in Rabi and Kharif Season.

Though the government released the 8th installment on 1st April 2023 which falls in Rabi Season.

Therefore now the government will release the 9th installment in Kharif Season between July 2023 and December 2023.

Why Did I Not Get My Kalia Installment?

The government provides Kalia Installment only to eligible farmers. Because many farmers have stopped Kalia Scheme.

To stop the extra payment of the scheme, the government has mandated Kalia Yojana eKYC before the installment and money transfer date.
