The Vahali Dikri Yojana is a flagship initiative to support the state's daughters in every phase of their lives.
>> Increase the birth rate of daughters. >> To reduce dropout ratio of girls in education. >> Overall empowerment of girls/women in the society. >> Prevent child marriage.
The scheme follows Investment like method to benefit daughter in different stage.
The parents of the kid will receive financial assistance in the amount of Rs. 4000 for girls entering first grade.
Financial aid in the amount of Rs. 6000 will be provided to girls entering the 9th grade.
The girl child will receive Rs. 1 lakh when she turns 18 for her higher education and future marriage.

Maximum two daughters of the couple will be eligible for the scheme. But after the second daughter, the couple should have undergone the operation of regulation.
